    Project Elysium was conceived as a passion project of mine that I used to test myself in designing an isometric twin-stick shooter.

    It caught the attention of my employer and he wanted me to continue working on the game as a project for the company.

    The game was in development for about 1.5 – 2 years with breaks to focus on developing different games for our clients.

    I designed, implemented, and scripted 4 weapons: Pistol, Shotgun, Assault Rifle, and Sniper Rifle, balancing them so that not one weapon is truly overpowered.

    I created over 20 missions that spanned across the 20+ levels that I also designed.

    I also implemented over 5 boss battles and complex AI behavior for both allies and enemies, resulting in more challenging and dynamic combat encounters.

    Scripting was done by myself and another developer.
